This article proposes a solution to improve the efficiency of automated generation of electronic lexicographical resources based on strongly-structured electronic information arrays processing. The developed automated information system for lexicographical resources creation and replenishment have been described is this article. Several supporting subsystems of developed automated system have been characterized. The effectiveness of the information system has been evaluated

    Two-step percolation in aggregating systems

The two-step percolation behavior in aggregating systems was studied both experimentally and by means of Monte Carlo (MC) simulations. In experimental studies, the electrical conductivity, σ\sigma, of colloidal suspension of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in decane was measured. The suspension was submitted to mechanical de-liquoring in a planar filtration-compression conductometric cell. During de-liquoring, the distance between the measuring electrodes continuously decreased and the CNT volume fraction φ\varphi continuously increased (from 10310^{-3} up to 0.3\approx 0.3% v/v). The two percolation thresholds at φ1103\varphi_{1}\lesssim 10^{-3} and φ2102\varphi_{2}\approx 10^{-2} can reflect the interpenetration of loose CNT aggregates and percolation across the compact conducting aggregates, respectively. The MC computational model accounted for the core-shell structure of conducting particles or their aggregates, the tendency of a particle for aggregation, the formation of solvation shells, and the elongated geometry of the conductometric cell. The MC studies revealed two smoothed percolation transitions in σ(φ)\sigma(\varphi) dependencies that correspond to the percolation through the shells and cores, respectively. The data demonstrated a noticeable impact of particle aggregation on anisotropy in electrical conductivity σ(φ)\sigma(\varphi) measured along different directions in the conductometric cell.Comment: 10 pages, 6 figure

Badiuk Odessa National Medical University, Odessa, Ukraine*Ukrainian Research Institute of Transport Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine SummaryStudy of hygiene and environmental problems in the Odessa region should be aimed at the preservation of public health by minimizing the negative impact of environmental factors. Nutrition is one of the most important factors. Actual direction of modern medical science is the study of dietary intake and nutritional status of specific population groups to establish correlation between nutrition and health.Odessaregion differs significantly from other regions ofUkraineon the national population structure. The features of the modern structure of nutrition of the local population is the lack of animal protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids (in the face of excess animal fat intake), many vitamins, micro- and macronutrients, dietary fibers. Recently, in the region there is a problem of nutritional rationalizing for people coming into the territory of theOdessaregion from different geographical areas for long term. Scientific substantiation of preventive measures to optimize the nutrition of the population ofOdessaregion and establish the correlation with indicators of health status, disability, and the main components of lifestyle are important for the prevention of nutrition-caused diseases and improve the health of the population of theSouth Ukraine. Keywords: public health, structure of nutrition, dietary intake ,regional differences

Non-additive properties of finite 1D Ising chains with long-range interactions

We study the statistical properties of Ising spin chains with finite (although arbitrary large) range of interaction between the elements. We examine mesoscopic subsystems (fragments of an Ising chain) with the lengths comparable with the interaction range. The equivalence of the Ising chains and the multi-step Markov sequences is used for calculating different non-additive statistical quantities of a chain and its fragments. In particular, we study the variance of fluctuating magnetization of fragments, magnetization of the chain in the external magnetic field, etc. Asymptotical expressions for the non-additive energy and entropy of the mesoscopic fragments are derived in the limiting cases of weak and strong interactions.Comment: 20 pages, 4 figure

Global Determinants of the International Movement of Production Factors: Economic-legal and Institutional Context

    Get PDF
Scientific research is devoted to current problems of the influence of globalization on changes in the international movement of production factors in the 21st century. Considerable attention is focused on the economic, legal and institutional aspects of the transformation of the international movement of capital and labor in modern conditions, taking into account the need to apply an integrated interdisciplinary approach to identify new phenomena and processes that occur in the global economic environment The state and trends of development in the organization of global production, investment and marketing in the context of destabilizing phenomena in the global economy, the strengthening of non-protectionist appeals in the world avant-garde countries to return production to the national territory and the exacerbation of social and economic problems caused by international migration are revealed. The authors are looking for answers to difficult questions about the opportunities for small open economies to be attracted to global value chains through the format of investment and contractual relations, to increase the level of localization of international and national production through import substitution, to optimize the taxation of entrepreneurial activities in a liberalized international capital transfer, transform the national regulatory policy as a mechanism that ensures the possibility of taking into account the imperatives of globalization and contributes to the protection of national economic interests, ensure the development of fair competition as a prerequisite for the country’s integration into world economic processes

Software engineering is an engineering discipline that is concerned with all aspects of software production. Software engineering can be divided into sub-disciplines. Some of them are: - Software engineering management: The application of management activities – planning, coordinating, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting – to ensure that the development and maintenance of software is systematic, disciplined, and quantified. Requirements engineering: The elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation of requirements for software
